How our Gorilla design was created
Once The Marketing Bureau had signed up to the project we went about choosing our design; We wanted something bold and stand out that would make people stop in their tracks. When we saw Frans design we just knew it was perfect for us…
Once we had chosen our design it was over to Fran to turn her drawing into reality, during the process we got updates from Francesca, so we could find out how she was getting on with the design.
“I have started painting and on my 3rd Day now. It’s proving to be a great experience so far, although there is still lots of painting to do! I can’t wait to get into the studio and continue each day.”
“Just thought I would keep you updated on the painting! Putting in about 12 hour days now and it is coming together. Please find below a few photos of the progress so far!”
‘It’s finished! But you are not seeing the final article just yet! Just a sneak peek!”
The Gorilla was transported to its new home under the cover of darkness, an amazing location right in the centre of St Helier.
